Located in Hooghly, West Bengal, Mazidia Academy is a relatively young educational institution. The college was founded in the year 2017 in co-educational mode and is approved by NCTE. On a small campus of 1.54 acres, Mazidia Academy runs two specialised courses in education with a total student enrolment of 200, having a faculty strength of 30 dedicated teachers, thereby ensuring a congenial student-to-teacher ratio and personalised attention and quality instruction.

 Its infrastructure comprises manifold facilities to develop the learning skills and overall personality of its students. The campus has a well-stocked library, providing students with adequate educational resources and a proper environment for study and research. Departmental laboratories are provided within the institute so that students can get practical experience in their field of study. Mazidia Academy, located in Basubati, Singur, Hooghly district, West Bengal, is a co-educational private teachers' training institute established in 2017. It is affiliated with the University of Burdwan and the West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE). The academy is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Presently, Mazidia Academy offers two full-time courses in the field of education: Bachelor of Education and Diploma in Elementary Education. These programmes turn young aspirants of education into successful professionals as teachers, making them able and confident professionals ready to shoulder any responsibility entrusted to them in this field.

Admission to Mazidia Academy shall be strictly on merit based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or Entrance Examination. Admissions in the B.Ed programme are done as per the State Government and Union Territory Administration, as well as the affiliating University's policies. In the D.El.Ed course, admissions shall be done in accordance with the policy laid down by the State Government.
