MCET, the Moghal College of Engineering and Technology was started in 2005, is one of the affiliated colleges in Hyderabad, Telangana. This college is a co-educational college which is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to offer courses in engineering. Located on a shoal of 13 acres of sprawling land, MCET provides apt climate for learning and development. Based on 9 dedicated professional teachers and staffs who envision the future of aspiring engineers of the college.

Thus, MCET boasts of having offered better student facilities to facilitate the general experience of the learners. This campus has a stocked up library to enhance on the research culture of the students. Sport and fitness: the college provides the place and equipment for sports hence providing students with a balance between work and play. Regarding the technology information technology infrastructure in MCET ensures that students are informed on the current technologies. There is a cafeteria on campus to provide foods for the college; some employees’ transport facilities also provide convenient for students or staff. In terms of courses offered, programmes that are taught in Moghal College of Engineering and Technology are only limited to engineering. The institute is currently offering total 7 courses, five B.Tech programmes and two M.Tech programmes although in line with the different branches of engineering. Such courses include B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering, civil Engineering , Mechanical Engineering ,Electronics and Communication Engineering and Computer Science. The total multi entry capacity for the college is 360 out of which Mechanical Engineering is the most popular with 120 intakes, followed by Electronics and Communication Engineering at 120, Petroleum Engineering and Civil Engineering with 60 each.
