Moti Babu Institute of Technology, popularly abbreviated as MBIT, Patna, Bihar was established in 2014. It is an affiliated college approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It offers technical and management-based programmes. The institute sprawls over an area of 15 acres that provides an ambience that is conducive to academic excellence and all-round development of students. The institute, having 287 students and faculty strength of 61, provides every student with individual attention and quality education.

The institute has very good facilities for developing students all around. Separate hostels for boys and girls with comfortable neat accommodation are available for out-station students. An admission process would be holistic and fair. In the case of this institute, performance in 10+2 and probably further entrance tests or interviews conducted at the institute's level, academic performance in 10+2 would be a criterion for consideration to the BBA course.
