Murlidhar Nanaji Mohite Guruji Arts, Commerce & BMS College, commonly known as MNMG College, is located at At Post Khodala, Taluka Mokhada, District Palghar in Maharashtra. The college is situated along the Khodala–Kasara Road, providing easy access for students from surrounding rural and tribal areas. Established in 2014, the institution aims to provide quality higher education to underserved communities while promoting social and academic development.

The college was founded in 2014 with the mission to empower students from rural and tribal regions by offering affordable and accessible higher education. It is affiliated with the University of Mumbai and operates under the recognition of the University Grants Commission (UGC), ensuring that all academic programs adhere to national education standards.

The college campus spans approximately 3 acres in a serene and green environment, making it an ideal setting for learning. It has well-maintained infrastructure that includes a spacious library, IT-enabled classrooms, and science and departmental laboratories. In addition, students have access to sports facilities, a gym, and a multi-functional auditorium that supports cultural and academic events.

Muralidhar Nanaji Mohite Guruji Arts Commerce and BMS College Palghar is Affiliated College of University of Mumbai, Mumbai. Under the leadership of Dr. Anil Narayan Patil, the college has shown significant growth since its inception. Starting with just 203 students, the institution now serves more than 1,021 students as of the 2022–23 academic year. The college continues to expand its programs and facilities to meet the needs of students, particularly those from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds.

MNMG College offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. At the undergraduate level, the college provides BA, B.Com Accounting and Finance,  Bachelor of Management Studies , and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) programs. At the postgraduate level, it offers  Master of Arts in History , as well as a M.Com Advance Accountancy with specialization in Advanced Accountancy. With a total of six degrees across eight courses, the college caters to diverse academic interests and career goals. Currently, it accommodates around 888 students guided by a team of 19 qualified faculty members.
