Nair’s College of Education, Coimbatore – an affiliated college in the field of teacher education was started in the year 2007. This co-educational institution is established in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu in Ammans Nagar - II, NGGO Colony, It provide education approves by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college also has a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)programme with a total student enrolment capacity of two hundred. It is however important to note that the college does not have specific accreditation or ranking but aims at producing quality teachers to the country.

Details of facilities available in Nair’s College of Education in order to facilitate student learning and welfare have been highlighted below. Boys and girls can be housed in separate hostel facilities which would be Provision of hostels to accommodate students who stay outside town. The campus has a well stocked library as this is an important tool for carrying out research. Departmental laboratories are available for practical lessons while the auditorium is used for occasion and seminar purposes. A cafeteria is provided for taking meals and snacks, while a health centre along with first aid facilities is also provided for. Nair's College of Education currently offers one full-time course: The Bachelor of Education programme abbreviated B.Ed. There is an approved intake of one hundred seats for this programme, and this keeps off the college from admitting large number of students and thus limiting their quality education. Though there is no information on the total graduates in the latest year, the total enrolment of the college coincides with the BIF’s intake capacity which if 200 students.
