I. Academic Qualification + Work Experience (Primary Route) – A

• • A Three-Year Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline excluding performing arts) from a recognised university
• AND
• • A minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience after graduation at the Junior Management cadre in a Corporate or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) organization. Hence, the candidate applying for Batch 2026 must have completed their graduation in the year 2024 or before.

• • A four-year Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline excluding performing arts) from a recognised university
• AND
• • A minimum of 1 year of full-time work experience after graduation at the Junior Management cadre in a Corporate or BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance) organization. Hence, the candidate applying for Batch 2026 must have completedtheire graduation in the year 2025 or before.

II. Academic Qualification (Advanced Route)

• • A Master’s Degree (in any discipline excluding performing Arts) or 5/6 year Integrated LLB (BA/BCom/BBA/BTech – LLB) from a recognised university.
• • Work experience preferred but not mandatory.
