The institute has well-equipped laboratories, such as Physics, Chemistry, and Language labs with practical exposure. NCICS has two hostel facilities, namely the boy's hostel with a capacity of 414 and a girl's hostel with a strength of 392 for students who need accommodation. The central library works as the knowledge hub having more than 55,000 books, 3,000 CDs, and 78 national and international research journal, magazine, and newsletter subscriptions. Students also have the advantage of e-journals provided by leading publishers such as Springer, ASME, and ASCE.

NCICS has a centralized curriculum that includes: Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), and BCA with Cyber Security .The MCA course is a master's level, with a sanctioned intake of 90 students, and the BCA course can take 60 students. All these are full-time courses, each with a period of three years. This streamlined delivery helps the institute focus on quality education in computer sciences, which prepares students for the dynamic landscape that characterizes the technology industry.

The admission for any of the programs at NCICS is conducted through a different procedure. For the MCA program at NCICS, admission is done based on the OLETMCA Test conducted by the respective university. Multiple cet exam centers are organized across the country, and after the entrance exams are over, the comprehensive interview process starts.
