Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences, Ghatkesar was established in 2023. The college is a constituent college of Anurag University, Hyderabad. It is a private college situated in the state of Telangana. NIMS Ghatkesar is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college provides undergraduate courses in the field of Medical Science. NIMS Ghatkesar courses cover MBBS and B.Sc Nursing programmes at the undergraduate level. 

The duration of the MBBS programme is five and a half years. Candidates seeking admission to the college must satisfy the eligibility criteria. NIMS Ghatkesar admissions to the MBBS course are based on merit in the NEET examination, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
