Nehru Institute of Management Studies is the affiliated college that started in 2008 and is at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Nehru Institute of Management Studies provides a unique educational experience with the one and only MBA programme for its 71 postgraduate students aspiring for senior managerial positions. Nehru Institute of Management Studies boasts of having provided varieties of facilities that supplement students’ learning experiences. The campus also has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls outstation students to provide a homelike atmosphere. Currently the major mode/entry point to join Nehru Institute of Management Studies is through the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET). This test is a state-level exam, and it is a final examination for MBA courses where the interested candidates need to get in to the institute. The university acknowledges TANCET scores that show their ability in finding students who have a good background in academics and one who desires to study management.
