Nikalas Mahila Mahavidyalaya Nagpur was started in 1997 by Somalwar Academy to impart education in the field of Animation and Design and Sciences. NMM Nagpur is affiliated with  Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. The college offers degree courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. NMM Nagpur courses include Bachelor of Interior Design, BFD, Bachelor of Textile Science, Bachelor of Cosmetics Technology and Master of Cosmetics Technology. NMM Nagpur admissions are available in full-time mode. 

NMM Nagpur facilities include a library, laboratories, auditorium, internet, cafeteria, and student sports facilities. NMM Nagpur placement cell provides career guidance to students and helps them with internship and job opportunities.
