Nova College of Pharmacy, West Godavari, was established in 2005 as a premier institution for pharmaceutical education in Andhra Pradesh. The college is located in Jangareddigudem on a campus of 5 acres with various programmes in pharmacy. This co-educational institute was approved by the PCI, New Delhi, and is affiliated to offer quality education in pharmacy. The institute provides an atmosphere congenial for learning to the budding pharmacists with a total student enrolment of 434 and faculty strength of 49.

The campus is fully equipped to provide all types of facilities to the students. The hostels accommodate 450 boys and 250 girls separately within the campus, hence assuring a safe and comfortable living environment for the students. Nova College of Pharmacy  looks after the well-being of its students through the existence of a first-aid room and a gym that is well equipped. There is a spacious library with an adequate collection of books, journals, and e-resources, complemented by computerised systems for access to them efficiently. Indoor and outdoor games like chess, carroms, table tennis, basket ball, and cricket are available to sports enthusiasts. This campus also hosts modern IT infrastructure, a cafeteria with hygienic food, and an auditorium of 250-300 seating capacity for events and seminars.

Nova College of Pharmacy offers its students different types of courses in Pharmacy. At present, there are six full time courses in the institute under three degree levels. These include the four-year B.Pharma course, the six-year Pharm.D course, and some two-year M.Pharma specialisations in areas such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Industrial Pharmacy. There is also the three-year Pharm.D Post-Baccalaureate programme. The total approved intake for all the combined courses is 185 seats, thus giving individual attention and asuring quality education.
