The OASYS Institute of Technology situated at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu with affiliation of Anna University was set up in the year 2010. Being approved by AICTE, it presently runs engineering and management courses in its 1 acre campus. OASYS Institute of Technology has a total of 287 students intake and a faculty of 78 students thus affording the students a concentrated environment. It has 10 courses at 2 levels of degrees focusing on engineering and business management disciplines. 

As other facilities, OASYS Institute of Technology offers the range of facilities to improve the life of a student. Hostel accommodation is available for both males and females where there areular standard facilities for students accompanied by comfortable and spacious, ventilated rooms to enhance home like feel. All the rooms are furnished to cater for the basic needs of those occupants using the business center. The university centrally located library stocks more than nine thousand books in various disciplines and receives approximately hundred scholarly journals. The institute possesses laboratory facilities for practical implementation of concepts taught, and also possesses a good IT facility. For means of physical development, the campus provides amenities for ‘Cricket match’, ‘Tennis’, ‘Basketball’ and ‘Volleyball’. Furthermore, the institute is equipped with cafeteria, Auditorium, medical facilities gym and transport services in order to foster a comfortable learning atmosphere.

Of the total, the institute teaches 9 courses which include the under graduate and post graduate levels. These are mainly full time, campus based programmes of study. Undergraduate courses include B.Tech and BE in engineering fields, information technology, electronics & communication engineering, electrical & electronics engineering, computer science & engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and production engineering. The institute has also offered new gen courses such as B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and B.Tech in Computer Science and Business Systems. For the post graduate programmes, OASYS has designed MBA in Business Management. The total approved intake for these courses is 480 students, the number of seats in each course vary from 30 to 60.

The mode of admission in OASYS Institute of Technology may differ from one programme to the other. In engineering courses, students are admitted depending on their performance in the entrance examination, and other academic performance. The MBA programme considers students with scores for the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET).
