Park College of Technology, which started in 2009, is an affiliated college situated at Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This co-educational institution is located in sprawling 20 acres campus and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Present undergraduate engineering programmes of the college include a total student enrolment of 261. Park College of Technology being a technical college offers seven under graduate courses in the various fields of engineering. This college has many facilities that seek to complement learning as well as the general development of the students. For the students who seek shelter, the college provide hostels for the male and the female students respectively.  The boys’ hostel has accommodation facilities of 120 rooms together with facilities such as internet connection, dining places and play areas for the students. The girls’ hostel also has accommodation facilities of 40 rooms with similar services as the boys’ hostel. It has a health center, gym, available playing fields for outdoors, indoor sporting commodities and a canteen. For academic endeavor, practical and well-furnished laboratories, adequate and well-furnished class rooms, state of the art information technology with 400 international Pentium system and free 24 HR internet facility through leased line of 48 Mbps.

The University provides students with seven full-time undergraduate Engineering courses collectively. Such programs are BE in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. It has a total intake of ‘Three hundred’ for all its disciplines which clearly shows the capacity of the college towards building a decent number of upcoming engineers; annually.

Applicants hoping to set foot in Park College of Technology must go through an easy process to enroll in the college that prepares aspiring engineers for their dream careers. However it is there in practice that many engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu take into consideration scores of the relevant entrance examination. The college probably does so on merit in these exams and even the performance of the candidate in 12th standard or any equivalent examination.
