Pooja Nursing College PES Hospital and Research Centre, Bhandara, is located at Bank Colony, Sahkar Nagar, Kisan Chowk, Bhandara, Maharashtra. It was established in the year 2008. It is a co-educational institution in the area of 5 acres and aims at producing professional health care personnel. Recognised by the Indian Nursing Council Inc., the college has embarked on offering various nursing courses to address the need of nurses in the country. The college has a total student intake capacity of 317 and has a strength of 7 faculty members, which makes the merit and quality of nursing education highly achievable.

Pooja Nursing College PES Hospital and Research Centre has a number of resources that portray the learning institute as a modern college designed to produce competent learning environments. A well-equipped library not only acts as a reference but also as a centre where students can obtain all nursing-related literature and research information. Besides the computer centre that offers recognition of the health care technology to the students, it also has an IT domain. Pooja Nursing College has four full time nursing courses that help meet the various levels of nursing education. There are the B.Sc. Nursing four-year degree, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing for 2 years, GNM three years, and ANM two-year courses. These programmes have a combined total of 80 approved enrolment, with 20 for the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and 20 for ANM, and the remaining 40 for the GNM. The amount of admission for the B.Sc. Nursing programme is indistinctive.
