PPG College of Arts Science or in the acronym of PPGCAS, is an emerging new generation college, which started its journey in 2017. Affiliated to Coimbatore University, it is a young institution located at Saravanampatti of Coimbatore District in the state of Tamil Nadu which has carved out a niche for itself in the system of higher learning. This BBS has total 432 students and 39 faculties With total 14 courses of 6 different programs is offering at PPGCAS. The college offers specialization in diverse fields such as Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration and Arts as demanded by the modern world employment market.

The college has developed a great array of facilities which can be of tremendous benefit to the learners. As the life of the institution, the library stocks books, e-journals, and other multi-media resources for the use of the students, and others. The college also has well-equipped IT facilities which include well illuminated and fully air-conditioned computer center with 80 modern systems connected through LAN. Teaching laboratories for subjects like optics, heat, electricity and material science are well equipped enabling students have practical knowledge. As for the accommodation facilities, the PPGCAS has provided and recommended different hostels for male and female students in order to achieve safety and comfortable living.

Currently, PPGCAS is affiliated to 14 total courses, both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The programs offered are spread across all disciplines, although preference is given to full time, regular programs. Although, the efficient student enrolment for specific course is missing, overall enrolment of 432 students make a seem merit distribution of students in respective courses. Its focus on education is well depicted on its available courses which include B.Sc in computer science with majors in artificial intelligence, data analytics, B.com with various majors, business and computer administration degrees, B.Sc in Mathematics and Information Technology, a masters in business commerce, masters in English and Tamil and even a doctoral degree in computer science.
