This institution is affiliated to Barkatullah University Bhopal and started in the year this year 2018 named as Prathvi College of Pharmacy Gwalior. It is affiliated college situated in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh and within a short span of time prove itself as a renowned institute in the field of pharmacy. PCI and AICTE accrediting stand for the institute makes it follow the Pharmacy Council of India standards and All India Council for Technical Education standards respectively. It has a total enrolment of 116 students and total of 21 faculties make Prathvi College to have closed environment for the students. Currently, the institute offers two distinct courses in pharmacy that cuts across the diploma and degree education levels.

Prathvi College of Pharmacy offers state of the art facilities for students in the current facility. Labs play an important of the institute infrastructure; especially there is proper spacing for pharmaceutics lab, biochemistry lab, clinical pathology lab, and hospital pharmacy lab. They are all operational and designed to meet or surpass the requirements of competent standard setting bodies. The college also contains a separate machine room with all of the necessary equipment as already in proper working order. A novelty is the medicinal garden where the students get an opportunity to learn about the herb and the kinds of medical plants in practices with their books. Covering an area of 1225 sq.ft., the library accommodates many books including 4100+ books from 517 different titles to facilitate students’ learning. For sports and games, the college has facilities for management of cricket, volleyball, badminton and many other indoor games are also available. Other facilities include an Event/ Seminar facility, a cafeteria/ canteen, and Health /First Aid facility.

Prathvi College of Pharmacy thus offers two full time course in the field of pharmacy. Being an institute of pharmacy it has courses like Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) That takes 2 years and 4 years Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma). The total SANCTIONED intake for these courses is 160 with 60 for D.Pharma and 100 for B.Pharma only. These two programmes are intended to equip students with all round knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical sciences in preparation for the challenging dynamically growing healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
