Pravara Rural College of Education, Loni, was found in 1990 in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra as an own funding institution. This is a co-educational institution recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) that offers teacher training course only. The college which is established on 5 Acres of area provides education and teaching through 3 degrees which comprise of 4 courses. The college has the capacity of 100 students at a time and 10 faculty members, which has laid a right platform for the persons who interested in becoming the teacher.

Pravara Rural College of Education provices a variety of amenities aimed at improving the learning environment of the students. The B.ED programme is a two years full time course The intake capacity of the college for B.ED class is fifty seats. The two years M.Ed programme has 50 seats for post graduation and aims at providing quality education to educationist. The D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) is a two years course for which the maximum intake is 100 students.
