Prem Raghu Institute of Pharmacy, Hathras, established in 2016, is also a rather young institute that caters to pharmaceutical education in the region. It has accreditation from bodies such as the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and AICTE, India. It has a D. Pharma programme meant for the aspirants of pharmacy, with 91 students enrolled. As the institute has 7 faculty members, it sustains an auspicious student-to-teacher ratio to provide each student with the attention of both teaching and research.

The institute is currently offering a single full-time course in the form of D.Pharma—the Diploma in Pharmacy. The course is structured to enable the students to achieve the requisite knowledge and skills for a successful career in the field of pharmacy. Although the institute presently only offers this certificate course, the affiliation and approvals from regulatory bodies such as PCI and AICTE speak volumes about the quality of education dispensed by the institute.
