Princeton College, Bareli is one of the leading educational institution being established in 2002 located in Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. The college is a small institution catering to its students on a 0.8-acre plot It consists of an array of management and education programmes. AICTE and NCTE recognised Princeton College to level up its education and became the pride of the region. The total number of enrolled students is 1, 279 and total number of faculties is 14, this make the institute is provide the focused environment. There are four courses provided in three degree programmes and have specialisation in MBA, B.Ed, D.El.Ed for the students willing to be a manager or an educator.

Princeton College offers a number of infrastructures that are intended to aid the student learning process. Thus, the library is a knowledge center containing 3,479 books and NSDL subscribed e-books, besides 24 national and international journal. Students also get the advantage of e-library facilities. Facing an adequate IT infrastructure since it involves 115 computers along with 100 internet connected through LAN at 100 MBPS and loaded with essential software. In a health aspect, the college offers sporting facilities, and a play ground for other practical activities. A canteen meets the eating requirement of the staff and students. They also provide accommodations for visiting faculty and waiting areas for students families by having guest rooms. Subject-based teaching learning activities are also facilitated in respective departmental laboratories. This is an affiliated college of Barkatullah University, Bhopal.

In details, Princeton College has a total of four full-time courses, that include the courses in management as well as those in education. The intake capacity of student across all these programmes is half a thousand five hundred seats. At the management level it has two MBA programmes: MBA general with a total intake of 180 and MBA in Marketing Management, total intake 120. The education assistance programme offered by it for the completion of formal education includes offer of 100 seats for B.ED programme, and another 100 seats for the D.EL.ED programme.
