JEE Main Paper-2 is basically for taking admission in B.Arch programme in various National level recognized colleges.

With your above mentioned percentile, it's quite tough to say whether you'll get admission in Jamia or not but I'll suggest you to wait till the final rounds of counselling as

 you can certainly get a seat in NIT trichy for B.Arch but the allotment also depends on what other people having a better rank have put as their preferance. Don't keep it as the only option but surely give it a try.
