Pt. Deen Dayal Mahavidyalaya, started in 2011, is located in Ladampura and is a college situated in a small piece of land measuring 0.68 acres making it possible to offer a variety of programmes. The college has been approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) to provide & maintain the quality of its teacher training courses. The college offers education to 571 students and has a staff strength of 20, which approximates a favourable students to teacher ratio. Pt. Deen Dayal Mahavidyalaya provides a total of 5 courses under four degrees which are in the field of Education, Arts, Science and Commerce.

Pt. Deen Dayal Mahavidyalaya is equipped with number of facilities that could add on the efficacy of the learning. The institution has well equipped laboratories as part of the practical knowledge as far as the different fields of study is concerned. Authenticated research databases with internet facilities are important resources in students and faculty. The college’s information technology allows the students to tackle modern developments in technology. In regards of extra curriculum activities and events, there is a large and fully fitted auditorium. To meet the physical development of students, sports facilities are provided. The college also takes the welfare of the students with a health centre where first aid to students is provided. Five full-time courses are taught here in the Deen Dayal Mahavidyalaya as per its course portfolio. These are both degree and diploma programmes. The college offers 50 seats for its D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) course. It offers the following undergraduate programmes: Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) specialised in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), and B.Com Computer Application.

The process of admissions in the D.El.Ed programme is merit based preservation of the marks scored in the qualifying examination and the entrance examination. The college also follows any selection process as per the policy of the state government/UT Administration.
