The Radhika Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya, Nagpur was established in 1990. It is a teacher training institution. It is recognised by NCTE and is affiliated with the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. The college offers a B.Ed programme for candidates who want to establish a career in the teaching profession. The duration of the course is 2 years and the annual student intake is about 80. Candidates who have successfully completed graduation or postgraduation can apply for admission to Radhikaam Nagpur. The candidates may apply for the MHCET/MAHASET exam to clear the Radhikaam eligibility criteria. The college has well well-maintained IT facility to cater to students' technological requirements. Those enthusiasts of sports can enjoy on-campus sports amenities that offer opportunities for physical activities and leisure. Additionally, for the purpose of organizing annual events, cultural events and seminars, the college offers a well-equipped auditorium. 

The Radhika Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya has well-equipped classrooms and seminar halls for proper training as well. From the year 2008 to 2012, all batches have qualified with an aggregate of more than 80%.

The Radhika Adhyapak Mahavidyalaya is situated in the southern part of the city of Nagpur. Located in the Rajiv Nagar locality, the college is at a walkable distance from the Jaiprakash Nagar metro station on the Orange line. If one wishes to reach the college by road then they may travel southbound from the Nagpur Railway station on the National Highway 44. It is easy to reach via the airport as it is only at a distance of 3 Km from the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport.
