Ram Murti Singh Mahavidyalaya is a constituent college that came into being in the year 2015 and is located in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. It is located in Saidaha Sathir, Sarai Mamrej, Handia. With a total enrolment of 1,518 students, Ram Murti Singh Mahavidyalaya offers a range of undergraduate courses in view of the diverse interests of the academic world. The college offers three full-time courses under two degree programmes for student progresses in Arts and Sciences to prepare for any career. In addition, the college is replete with facilities meant to improve the student experience.

A spacious sports ground accommodates modern facilities for outdoor activities, and an indoor sports room is available for female students. There is a well-stocked library at Ram Murti Singh Mahavidyalaya for reading books, magasines, and daily newspapers by the students. Science students are provided with practical exposure in the laboratories of the departments. Other facilities such as parking facilities and transport services are provided to the students. The health centre with first aid facilities takes care of the health and hygiene of the student body. There is a guest house also for visiting faculty members and their family members.

Ram Murti Singh Mahavidyalaya offers three undergraduate courses that are Bachelor of Arts (BA) and two science courses, B.Sc in Maths group, and B.Sc in Bio group. Theses three-year courses are offered as full time courses. 

Ram Murti Singh Mahavidyalaya selects students based on the merit of academic qualifications. Under the rules of government, the students are eligible to take admission provided they have secured at least 40% marks in the intermediate examination.
