Ram Shrestha Singh College, Teacher Training Wing, Muzaffarpur is counted among the better colleges for the preparation of teaching manpower for the future. Conceived as an affiliated college, it came into being in the year 1988 and contributed a great deal with more than a three-decade-long service in the said field of teacher education. It has 90 enrolled students and 16 experienced faculty members.
