RKSMVV Kolkata comprises two spacious buildings, namely Bharati Bhavan and Brahmananda Bhavan, and is overseen by a Resident Superintendent. The Principal provides guidance and supervision to the superintendent. The RKSMVV Kolkata girls hostel provides a nurturing environment where students receive comprehensive training under the care and guidance of resident monastic members. The hostel is equipped with a sick room and a doctor is available on call for medical emergencies.

Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Vivekananda Vidyabhavan, Kolkata has an auditorium with a seating capacity of 350 individuals, which has been dedicated to the esteemed Pravrajika Muktiprana. This facility is equipped with a comprehensive audio system, including amplifiers, microphones, and a projector, serving to enhance the overall auditory and visual experience.
