Rameshwar Prasad College, Banda was established in 2016. This co-educational institution sits on an area of 8.05 acres. It offers undergraduate and diploma courses to students. Four different courses offered here are Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Education, and Diploma in Elementary Education.

Admission into the B.Ed programme shall be strictly based on merit by considering marks scored in the qualifying as well as entrance examination wherever prescribed. The selection process shall be accordingly carried out as per the direction issued by the state government/UT administration as well as the affiliated university. For the D.El.Ed programme also, admissions shall be based on merit as marks from the qualifying as well as entrance examination, if prescribed, shall be considered strictly as per the guideline issued by the state government/UT administration.
