Average
Being a 3rd generation IIT, the institute campus lacks many of the basic facilities and mostly students end up in queues for most of the facilities. Many of the things are yet in a very primitive manner and the buildings lack modern architecture. On a good note, the current director has planned the improvement of the infrastructure and things are thankfully changing under his era. Still the construction dusts are a huge problem for the campus residents.
The institute has qualified faculties and they mostly deliver the modules nicely. The academic curriculum is fine but the relative grading shall be removed from the system. The institute has to still work on developing the research in the core branches.
Core placements are below expectations and have declined in recent years. While a few companies recruit, opportunities are limited and competiotion is intense. Students should focus on building strong skills.
Overall my research under my guide and the department was great enough. Though limited but i enjoyed a few of the sports facilities and was mostly involved in spirituality throughout the campus besides research.
The college infrastructure is decent but not as impressive as I expected before taking admission. The campus is clean and has enough space, but some buildings and classrooms look old and could use better maintenance. Basic facilities like the library, computer labs, and science labs are available, though a few of them need updated equipment. Wi-Fi is present in some areas, but the speed and connectivity are not always reliable. The classrooms are functional, but many lack modern teaching tools such as smart boards or good audio systems. The seating arrangement is acceptable, although it can become uncomfortable during long lectures. The campus also has a playground and common areas where students can relax, but sports facilities are limited compared to what I had hoped for.
The academics are average and didn't completely match my expectations. The syllabus follows the university guidelines and covers the required topics, but it feels a bit outdated in some subjects. I expected more focus on practical learning, skill development, and industry-oriented training. Most teachers are supportive and explain concepts well, but the teaching quality varies from one faculty member to another. Regular classes are conducted, and attendance is taken seriously. Internal tests, assignments, and semester exams are organized on time, which helps students stay consistent with their studies. However, classroom teaching is mostly theoretical, with limited opportunities for hands-on experience, workshops, or live projects. Interactive sessions and guest lectures are held occasionally, but not frequently enough to make a significant impact.
Placements are average. A few companies visit every year, but opportunities are limited for many students. Most offers are for lower salary packages, so students often have to rely on off-campus applications or improve their skills on their own to get better jobs.
Friendly crowd, enjoyable events, decent clubs, and memorable college moments together.
I expected the campus to have modern facilities, but it turned out to be quite average. Some buildings looked old, and a few classrooms needed proper maintenance. The furniture was usable but not very comfortable for long lectures. The computer labs had basic systems, though many of them required upgrades to match current industry standards. Wi-Fi was available in certain areas, but the connection was often slow and unreliable. The library had a fair collection of books, but there were not enough updated editions for every subject. Sports facilities existed, but they were limited and not maintained regularly. The canteen served decent food, but hygiene and seating arrangements could have been much better during busy hours. Cleanliness around the campus was acceptable, though washrooms needed more frequent attention. Overall, the infrastructure was functional for daily college life, but it did not meet the expectations I had before taking admission. Better maintenance and investment in facilities would make a noticeable difference.
I joined with high expectations, but the teaching quality was quite average. Some professors explained concepts well, while others mostly relied on notes. The syllabus was completed on time, but practical exposure and industry-focused learning were limited.
Placement support was not as strong as I expected. Only a limited number of companies visited, and most offered average salary packages. Students had to depend on off-campus opportunities and personal skills to find better jobs.
Campus life was decent, but events and activities felt limited overall.
Expected more, received an average experience.
After spending one academic year here, I feel the college infrastructure is quite decent. The classrooms are clean and spacious, and most of them have projectors for lectures. The laboratories have the basic equipment needed for practical work, although a few departments could use better upgrades. The library has a good collection of books and provides a peaceful place to study. Wi-Fi is available in many areas of the campus, though the speed is not always consistent. The campus is generally well maintained with enough seating areas, greenery, and open spaces. Sports facilities and common areas are available, making it comfortable to spend time between classes. While there is still room for improvement in some facilities, the overall infrastructure supports students well for their daily academic
The academic experience has been average so far. Some faculty members are knowledgeable and explain topics clearly, while others mostly focus on completing the syllabus without much interaction. The course curriculum covers the basics, but students often need to rely on self-study, online resources, and extra practice to gain a better understanding. Internal exams and assignments are conducted regularly, helping students stay consistent with their studies. Teachers are approachable in most cases, but the teaching quality is not the same across all subjects. Overall, academics are satisfactory, but students who want to excel should be prepared to put in additional effort outside the classroom.
Placement opportunities are one of the weaker areas of the college. Only a limited number of companies visit the campus, and most of them offer average salary packages. Around 250–300 students usually get placement opportunities, while many others have to search for internships or jobs through off-campus drives. The placement cell does organize training sessions, aptitude classes, and interview preparation programs, but the number of recruiters is still not very high. Students aiming for better career opportunities should focus on improving their technical skills, communication, and projects while also applying outside the college. Overall, placements are average and leave room for significant improvement.
Campus life is enjoyable and gives students a good balance between academics and fun. Cultural fests, sports events, technical programs, and club activities are held regularly, creating opportunities to make friends, learn new skills, and stay engaged throughout the year. The overall campus atmosphere is friendly and lively.
The campus has the basic facilities needed for studying, but some classrooms and labs feel outdated. Wi-Fi and maintenance were inconsistent, though the library was usually a quiet and useful very good place.
Most teachers genuinely wanted students to do well and were approachable when asked for help. However, the teaching quality varied from one department to another, so the learning experience wasn't always consistent.
Placement opportunities were below expectations. Only a limited number of companies visited, and many offered low salary packages. Students aiming for better careers often had to depend on off-campus applications, internships, and self-learning to secure decent job opportunities.
The friendships, club activities, and annual events made college life enjoyable despite a few academic shortcomings.
Good memories, mixed academic outcomes.
The college does not have highly advanced facilities, but it provides the essentials needed for academic activities. The learning environment is comfortable and suitable for students pursuing a B.A. degree program.
One of the stronger aspects of the college is its academic supports. Faculty members are dedicated to teaching, maintain regular classes, and help students build a clear understanding of their subjects.
Career opportunities through campus recruitment are extremely limited. Students generally rely on their own efforts for employment, higher education, or preparation for government-sector examinations.
The atmosphere on campus is quite and students friendly. It is more focused on academics than extracurricular exposure.
Ramji sahai pg college can be a reasonable option for affordable education. The college environment is good.

Campus life is enjoyable and peaceful
As a civil engineering student as per the time i have spent till now, continuously the department of ours is focussing on new building ideas which shows tha college infra can be upgraded, now it is like average and good to go
Academics is a plus point here in our nit as i have personally compared it with many nits where my friends are studying and unlike them we are not forced to focus on rot learning and may experimanetal and lab study is there
Placement according to my knowledge are good enough two three things we have to focus on first is cumulative grade point average which is cgpa we need to focus it and other is skill we have to develop
The infrastructure of the college is average. It has basic facilities such as classrooms, a library, laboratories, and common spaces for students. The campus is peaceful and suitable for learning, although some facilities could be improved and updated to provide a better experience.
Academically, the college offers a satisfactory learning environment. The teachers are supportive and encourage students in their studies. The college also organizes seminars, cultural programs, and extracurricular activities that help in the overall development of students. However, there is scope for more practical learning and skill-based training.
Placement opportunities are limited. While the college provides some career guidance, campus recruitment is not very strong. Many students choose to pursue higher studies or prepare for competitive examinations after completing their graduation.
Considering it as a Central University the facilities and infrastructure are better than the rest of colleges in the competition. Talking about amenities every department has hygienic and potable water Classrooms are spacious.
This is the thing I would say it falls short of and is like every other deemed university . The management and faculty are just doing their job Some are very good and some are just testing the patience of students to drop out the college
See even if you talk about placement in colleges like this it's a sin And not perceived well Cuz they don't have the platform that the companies wanted in an college Though its not their fault cuz they are binded by ugc terms and government aids
Campus Life might have been good cuz the location is neither prime nor countryside but it totally depends upon the circle of friends you'll form throughout the journey . That's where the life is but bcz all students only attend examination it's very hard for local or hostel guys to cope up .
So overall if you are low on budget or even if you are not Just want a degree for the sake of it and don't want to spend much In spite you can do a ca cfa or and exam prep That your choice Go for it
