Food is decent and eatable, like there is a menu that includes many things for breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner, and talking about the facilities in the hostel, it includes twin sharing rooms with attached washrooms, 24 hours of electricity, and a water cooler for every floor. There is a gym, TT room, cricket ground, badminton court, basketball court, volleyball court, and many more.

They are indeed helpful, and they are very knowledgeable, and well qualified. The course curriculum is definitely a good plus point of our college. Talking about the exams, the level of difficulty varies from subject to subject, like if it's an end-of-term exam, then it's slightly difficult.

98% placement until now, and the rest will be placed soon. The highest was 22, and the average was 12. IBM, Dabur, ICICI Bank, Infosys, Deloitte. 100%, and the role and the companies that came for the recruitment were really known. Many companies. HR, marketing, finance intern, etc..

Teachers are very helpful and they were knowledgeable about their teaching skills and processes. This course is curriculum relevant and it does make students industry-ready. Exams are tough but easily we can pass them by preparing thoroughly and the pass percentage is 40% percent.

Placement wich are provided by the college in fields like HR, marketing and finance. Most of the placements are for sales. There is also a tie-up between the college and reputed companies with a good package, providing a great start to a career and future growth potential for the students the college will have good placement.

100% of the students were placed in our course and the highest placement package offered in our course is 17 LPA, the lowest placement package offered in our course is 8 LPA, and average placement package offered in our course is 12 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our course are Dabur, Nestled, Mahindra finance, Deloitte, Capgemini, etc. 100% of the students got internships from our course at companies like ICICI, Gao Tek, Carnival, Zee music, Hindustan Times, etc.

The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled with IITB network. Classrooms are air-conditioned and decently furnished. In addition to the huge IIT Bombay library, SOM has its departmental library. The sports and gym facilities are undoubtedly the best in the country.hostel facility and room facility is also good. Being part of IIT Bombay, students get enormous opportunities to be involved in lot of activities that happen in the IIT ecosystem which no other B-school can provide and the class timings of SOM are conducive to pursue individual interests. There are eateries near every department of IIT, and every hostel has canteen and stationery stores attached to them. The canteens stay open until 3 Environment is also good.

The faculty at SOM are highly qualified and knowledgeable. But for a few professors who fail in their teaching methodology, most of the professors do justice to their profession. The professors are well experienced and have a good grip on the subjects they handle. The faculty is very enthusiastic to teach their students and to make their future bright.

Placement scenario is good at SJMSOM.The roles on offer are not restricted to any single domain. Companies from all sectors visit the campus and offer various roles in operations, finance, marketing, analytics, and consulting domains. SJMSOM features in the list of eligible campuses for most of the corporate competitions. Students of SOM actively participate in these competitions, and many have PPOs after winning such competitions. First-year students get paid internships for their summers, and every year, a good number of them get PPO from their internship companies. We are following AICTE curriculum, which has good standards. We do also have labs for performing experiments, and they encourage learning through practical applications.

Many companies visit the campus to recruit. Nearty 50-60% of students were placed the previous year. The highest salary package offered by the companies was 12 LPA, and the least salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Infrastructure of the college is very nice,Classrooms have projectors, switch boards, and good infrastructure. Hostel food is average. Canteen food will be better than a mess. We have a health centre open 24 hours a day, free of medicine and health insurance. Almost all games are available to play.

Professors are well qualified with Ph.D.s and postdocs from recognized universities. You can clear your doubts in class, or you can visit the professor's office or lab. The curriculum is updated every 10 years. All labs are mandatory, so students have practical knowledge.

My college has all the necessary infrastructure and facilities but I feel there’s still a room for improvement. Like all the classrooms, libraries look really old and no changes are being made. There is no wifi and smart boards, all that is present in the class for teaching is white boards. One thing that I do like about the college is that all the place is clean everytime.

Academics wise I would say it is really good. Most of the teachers have Phd qualification and are well verses in their area of expertise. I am studying MBA integrated and I would say there hasn’t been a single concept which I am not able to understand. Also, yes curriculum is updates every year according to what recent developments are present at that time.

Placements wise I would say right now college is average since 70-75% is the placement record of 2024. But I feel that they are improving and no time they will shoot up. Average salary that I think has been offered is 2-3 LPA. College is very supportive in terms of placements, special placement classes are conducted so that students are well prepared.

I would say it has the best campus life. There are so many events around the year that keeps you engaging in different activities. There are events like Jashn, where students of different departments compete against each other in various activities like Bhangra, Folk song singing etc. There are many fests also that take place near the festivals and are themed according to it.
