We have lack of professor. Only one professor and one guest lecturer we have. They try to teach us and give their best but it is hectic to balance all four batches and all papers by only then. So we need professor requirement.

Other language department give them placement sometimes but our Russian department doesn't give placement. This is their responsibility to think about our future and made a secure future for us. They need to see us the job path where we can get job easily.
