RIMT Institute of Engineering and Technology famously called as RIMT IET is private engineering college founded in 2003 in Gobindgarh, Punjab, India. Being an integral part of RIMT University the technical institute is located on its 11.92 acre campus providing an ideal technical learning atmosphere. RIMT IET is dedicated to deliver quality engineering education through its five full time B TECH programmes offering specializations in Mechanical Engineering Electronics & Communication Engineering Electrical Engineering Computer Science & Engineering Civil Engineering. Both of them are four-year programs with intent to provide the students with core knowledge and practical experience needed for the engineering profession.
The institute facilities that are available can fully support and supplement the learning process of its students. These include modern equipped laboratories for practical sessions, extensive library containing traditional and electronic resources, and properly developed IT facilities. In order to ensure the safe transportation and medical facilities of students, the RIMT IET has transport facilities, medical services and has two different hostels for boys and girls.
