RKSD College of Education is established in the year 2006, located at Haryana in Kaithal. This co-educated college campus is situated over 3 acres of land and comes under the affiliation of Kurukshetra University having gained the accreditation from the reputable National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). RKSD College of Education is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), and therefore it is passing the benchmark of quality in its teacher education courses. The total student enrollment is 371 and faculty strength is 12.

The college also has a number of modern facilities. The college library is well-furnished and provides knowledge resources with a rich collection of books, journals, and other reference materials. It has an open-access system with computer-based cataloging that makes it accessible to all students and staff. RKSD College of Education conducts only one program, the Bachelor of Education Program. It is a full-time course of two years. The B.Ed program is designed to supply knowledge, sharpen skills, and a corpus of practical experience essential for developing a professionally competent teacher.
