The institute is a sought-after department of Subbalakshmi Lakshmipathy College of Science and is affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University. RLIMS Madurai is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). RL Institute of Management Studies offers 2 years full-time MBA programme in various disciplines. Admission to the MBA programme at RLIMS Madurai is offered based on the candidates' performance in the entrance examination and the qualifying examination.
