RP Yadav Balika Mahavidyalaya was established in the year 2014, affiliated college for girls situated in Sant Kabir Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. It is a women’s institution located in a campus of 2.22 acres that is bemned with the task of preparing young women academically to fit great institutions of learning. The college is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NC ) to proclaim its set standards of education. The college has a strength of twenty eight professors and has a total of 821 students in its campus which gives definite concentration for learning.

The library  is a knowledge centre that extends organised information deemed central to academic development. Departmental laboratories also present learning experiences, where the learning gained in different departments is proved practically. RP Yadav Balika Mahavidyalaya even boasts of physical health in the college through the sporting activities and this makes for a balanced college. As a part of practicing current technological era the institution has put good IT facilities and focus is to equip well in today’s world for the students. To ensure that visitors of the college, particularly friends and relatives of the students doing their tours, have a place to sleep, the college has guest room amenities. The institution also has a health centre to support students with first aid, to ensure that students get urgent and close attention. Also, the college continually seeks to build a formidable alumni base in order to provide careers and mentorship services. 

RP Yadav Balika Mahavidyalaya offers two full-time courses: Bachelors degree in Education, B.Ed and Diploma for Elementary Education, D.El.Ed. Both programmes have an approved intake of one hundred students for all courses offering totalling to two hundred seats in total. These programmes are meant for those candidates who would like to become teachers and masters of education with some core academic knowledge and hands-on experience.

RP Yadav Balika Mahavidyalaya offers admission facility on the basis of marks scored in the examination and entrance test. The admission policies of the college are compliance with the admission policies of the state government of Uttar Pradesh and the affiliated university.
