RS Memorial College of Education, Panipat, Haryana, was established in the year 2007 as a leading teacher training institute. The co-educational college sprawled over 3 acres is an affiliated college approved by NCTE and accredited by NAAC. The institute offers a wide and varied range of courses of 5 types in 4 degrees pertaining to almost all fields of education. With a student enrolment of 290 and a faculty strength of 46, RS Memorial College of Education ensures a good environment for the aspiring educators.

While in the case of a D.Ed. program, marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or the Entrance Examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government or UT Administration will be considered. B.El.Ed. Integrated Course: Admission shall be based on merit, taking marks from the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or any other selection process as prescribed by the state government/UT Administration/University.
