Ruchi's Institute of Creative Arts, Allahabad (RICA), is an institution of learning established in 1990. This co-educational institute is located in the heart of the city of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, and has been functioning for more than three decades with its ever-increasing storehouse of creativity. RICA is an affiliated college approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and provides various courses in creative arts and management.
