Sant Roshan Lal College of Education, Bhiwani, was instituted in the year 2006 for Co-Education in Teacher Education. It is an affiliated institution situated on 6 acres of land in Vill-Dhani, Tehsil-Tosham, Haryana, and is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education. The institution has a total of two full-time courses in B.Ed and D.Ed. The faculty consists of a total of 9 members.

Sant Roshan Lal College offers a number of facilities to enhance the student's learning experience. There is a very well-stocked library which serves as a knowledge centre, with large collections of textbooks, reference books, journals, and encyclopedias related to teacher education. Institutionally, there are well-equipped laboratories that include science and psychology laboratories. This helps in practical learning. The development of the student is taken into comprehensive consideration in the gym and sports facilities with cricket grounds, basketball and badminton courts, and athletic tracks within the campus. The girls' hostel is also available in the college campus, having well-furnished rooms with some air-conditioned rooms for a comfortable stay of out-station students.

The two most prominent courses at Sant Roshan Lal College of Education are teaching courses. Among these two courses, the B.Ed has 100 seats, and D.Ed has 50. Both of these are two-year full-time courses.

The admissions shall be merit-based, where the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination shall form the criteria for admission. It will strictly abide by the policies prescribed by the state government of Haryana and the affiliated university regarding admissions.
