Santhi College of Nursing Kozhikode is one of the reputed institutions found in the year 2011 at Peace Valley, Venappara P.O, Omassery, Kerala. As a co-educational institute, the college is recognised by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and aims at providing quality nursing education for its students within its 13 acre main campus. Santhi College of Nursing, with a total student enrolment of 200 and an employing faculty of 22, gives an effective environment for the scholars in the area of health facility. At the moment the college has only one proogramme of study which is B.Sc Nursing thereby showing the colleges area of niche the provision of nursing education.

Income generation and modern facilities are seen in the college regarding the needs of students’ achievement. A fully stocked library contains over 1500 books and several national and international journals for the students’ study. Campus has adopted Information and Technology in learning, furniture in the classrooms includes LCD projectors and Over Head projectors. To provide the practical knowledge, the college possesses well-equipped, department base laboratory. The girls playing hostels with three-story are available within the campus if out-station students the rooms are fitted to accommodate four students each. Santhi College of Nursing currently offers one full-time course: B.Sc Nursing. This programme is four years and has been approved to accept 50 students, although the college has strongly declared its capacity to give every student individual attention due to its student to faculty ratio. The B.Sc Nursing given programme is intended to provide adequate theoretical content and practical experience that would enable the nursing student to practice competently once graduated.
