The Santhigiri Siddha Medical College is located in the culturally alive city of Thiruvananthapuram, in the region of Kerala and has been imparting training in Siddha medical science from the year 2002. This affiliated college spread over a four acre campus is for the practice of the ancient Indian system of Siddha medicine. Presently, a total of 24 students and a teaching staff of 27 makes it a intimate college where students are in close company of their teachers. The course intake of this programme is 50 students only and this programme aims at imparting deep understanding on Siddha medicine along with practical knowledge. The course structure focuses on the traditional form of Siddha treatment system coupled with a element of the contemporary system of medicine to train the students for a perfect career in Siddha medical system. 

Santhigiri Siddha Medical College and Hospital follows the regulation of the Government of India and the Government of Tamil Nadu to admit students to the college, and admission is given to students who clear the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET).
