Saraswati Higher Education and Technical College of Polytechnic, Varanasi, was established in the year 2012 and is an affiliated college, which is situated in Uttar Pradesh, India. The campus has been spread on 15 km away from the Varanasi on the NH-56, Airport Road. The said institution is duly approved by AICTE. There are four Diploma engineering courses available with a total of 240 seats for all courses combined.

Many facilities have been created at Saraswati Higher Education and Technical College of Polytechnic to enhance the student experience and to support academic pursuits. There is the library which is is fully computerised with about 40,000 books covering subjects in engineering, applied science, and mathematics. It is managed by highly qualified and experienced professionals. A well-structured sports complex provides all facilities for football, cricket, lawn tennis, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, badminton, and various indoor games for the physical well-being of the students. Saraswati Higher Education and Technical College of Polytechnic offers four diploma courses of three years each: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, and Production Engineering. With the sanctioned intake of 60 students for each course, the total number of seats comes to 240.
