SITE is a Technical Institute popular among students, established in the year 2009, and is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Sixty per cent of the B.Tech programs are done under the Odisha Joint Entrance Exam Fee (OJE), of which one-third of the total seats are for the state candidates. The remainder 15% of seats are filled through the counselling of JEE Main, while 5% seats are reserved for the NRI category and are filled by the institute on its own. For the diploma courses offered, the Diploma Entrance Test or DET is adopted as the mode of entry.
