The Sikar Nursing Training and Research Institute was started as an affiliated college in the year 2009 at Sikar, Rajasthan. This institution being approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) focuses on nursing and its education and research. Sikar Nursing Training and Research Institute offers two full-time nursing programmes: Two of the courses include a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) programme . The GNM course comes under Wardha University and this course takes 60 student for each year and the B.Sc Nursing comes under ambident university which takes only 30 student in each year. The programmes are both of four years’ duration and are designed to afford the students theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The total capacity for admitting students in the institute is 90, and this has been possible to achieve and maintain high educational standards, as well as to guarantee individual approach to every learner.
