Sree Rama Institute of Technology and Science, Khammam, Andhra Pradesh, was set up in 2007 and is a leading educational services in the Telangana state of India. This affiliated college has a broad course portfolio in engineering together with undergraduate and diploma levels. Sree Rama Institute of Technology and Science also has several infrastructures that will allow the students to achieve their course goals and objectives in the right manner. The library which is an essential part of any learning institution has over eleven thousand books cut across the different engineering fields, and the institution subscribes to forty different national and international journals. This one is opened from early morning to evening and hence the students can do a lot of research and self studying within the considerable anytime. The college has fully equipped laboratory in each department to provide practical experience in addition to the theoretical knowledge. To cope with present era and facilitate the students in line with burgeoning of information technology, several provisions of IT facilities have been made in SRITS like 20 Mbps Leased line Internet connection is available in the campus for students and teaching faculties even in round the clock basis.

SRITS provide eight courses, 5  B.Tech. programmes and 3 diploma programmes are permitted here. B.Tech courses offered are Mining Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. All these full-time programmes each take 60 students every year. For the diploma seekers, the institute offers diploma courses in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. For electrical and electronics engineering, there is a diploma course which takes 120 students while the other two diploma courses take 60 students each. This is an Affiliated College of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.

SRITS mostly uses admissions based on the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET). This standardised exam serves a key necessary step for any student who is willing to join this institute to take any of the available engineering courses.
