Sree Sai College of Education, Kurnool, established in the year 2007, is a reputed institution working to carve a path for the future in education. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) The B.Ed course is a two-year education and aims at training prospective teachers. The enrolment of the programme is 100 students. The M.Ed programme being also the two years undertaken has an enrolment capacity of 50 students and looks forward to serving those who want to enhance their careers in education or do some research in the same field. The course of both the programmes is undertaken to give a broad aspect of understanding different educational theories, teaching methodologies, and practical experience in the classroom.

Admission process of Sree Sai College of Education is merit based and as per the policies of state government and university. The Department of Education, Osmania University, on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, conducts the Education Common Entrance Test AP Ed-CET for admission into the B.Ed course. This test ensures that only candidates with the appropriate attitude and a proper knowledge base are taken into the course. The admission to M.Ed is also merit-based and takes into consideration the marks secured in the qualifying examination, entrance examination, or in any other means of the selection process, under the policies of the state government or university.
