Sri Chaitanya Engineering College offers 9 total courses under two degree programmes, which mainly include undergraduate education in engineering. It offers regular B.Tech courses under several disciplines, taking into consideration the varied interests of future engineers.

The whole admission process to Sri Chaitanya Engineering College is conceptualised on a very fair and comprehensive basis. 70% of the seats for B. Tech programmes are filled through Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test, which is conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The remaining 30% of the seats are under the Management Quota, wherein the admissions are based on a minimum of 60% marks in the Intermediate Examination or as per the candidate's rank in AP EAMCET.
