Sri Vidya College of Engineering and Technology, Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu, was established in the year of 2008. This affiliated college, recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), provides the students with a wide range of specialisations in the disciplines of engineering and management. Seated on a 45-acre campus, SVCET has a total student enrolment of 741 and a faculty strength of 98. The college offers 11 courses affiliated with three degree programmes that cut across engineering disciplines and management.

Sri Vidya College of Engineering and Technology is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. At the undergraduate level, ASMEA offers the following programmes: B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The college also offers new generation B.Tech programmes in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Computer Science and Business Systems. At the postgraduate level, the courses are Master of Engineering Programmes in Computer Science and Engineering, VLSI Design and Structural Engineering, and Master of Business Administration. The total approved intake summed up over all courses is 741 students, which means that the college has great potential to help talents.
