SSR Polytechnic College, Pudukkottai came into existance in 2010, is an affiliated college, situated in Pudukkottai district, Tamil Nadu, India. This is an AICTE recognized institution that provides various diploma courses in engineering streams. The college occupies a small area of 6 acres; however, the college is imparting education to 272 students in five different diploma courses. SSR Polytechnic College’s current faculty of 50 members is relatively good strength, enabling the college to contend student-faculty ratio in favor of students and quality education.

Students in this college benefit from various facilities in the college aimed at improving learning. Library as a store house of knowledge can support academic activities as well as research. To the student who love exercising physically there are college sports to ensure that the students get time to exercise their bodies besides books.
