St. Mary’s College of Education is an affiliated college in Tamil Nadu, India accredited in the year 2008 and lies in Vellore. This is being procedural because the institution is particularly a teacher training institution that is accredited by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Located between two and three acres of land, the college is compact, thus providing a suitable environment for education in teaching. With 135 students as members of learning community and 7 strong educators in faculty staff, St. Mary’s offers focused and effective education. The college presently has one programme, the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in its present form because it is a specialised institution in teacher education.
