St. Wilfreds Institute of Architecture is one of the upcoming institutes, which was established in the year 2014 for architectural education. It is located near Shedung Toll Plaza at Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, Panvel, Maharashtra. It is an affiliated college with Mumbai University, approved by the Council of Architecture. The Institute offers B.Arch as the single degree programme, with a total student enrolment of 111 and a faculty strength of 23. Placed within a 25-acre campus, St. Wilfreds provides wonderful surroundings for any aspiring architect.

A library is available with a rich stock of various study materials, encyclopaedias, and national and international journals at St Wilfred's Institute of Architecture, which cultivates good reading habits among students. For physical fitness, there exist centrally air-conditioned, well-equipped gymnasiums with special sports facilities for basketball, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, and badminton. The provision of hostel facilities in the college is separate for the boys and girls. This helps them to live in very comfortable rooms due to the proper lighting and ventilation, which goes a very long way in creating a very conducive living-and-studying atmosphere. There is only one full-time course at St Wilfreds Institute of Architecture, that of Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). This is a five-year degree course, with an intake of 40 students every academic year. The B.Arch. course gives a very comprehensive understanding of the principles of architecture, methods of design, and feasible instincts that need to be applied in the field in order to survive in it. 

The admission process in St Wilfreds Institute of Architecture depends on national-level entrance exams. The institute accepts NATA and JEE Main scores. Both these exams reflect the suitability of candidates to pursue architecture and also act as screening methods to make sure that only the best students are taken in. This institute incorporates a training and placement cell that assists students in defining their career interests through expert counselling. The Cell helps to bridge the gap between academia and industry by organising industrial visits and projects so that students can have the proper knowledge to become employable.
