Good infrastructure specially in the new campus, it is well built filled with Ammenties and sports infrastructure. Though old one where are bcom classes are running needs work and revamp. Overall decent infrastructure.
I am Current pursuing b.com program at swami shraddhanand college delhi the program is good and the facilities as well the academics and attendance criteria provides me with the flexibility to pursue my other interests.
Placements in Delhi University are not that great but not a totally gone case either, at the end of the day it's about you competency and the skills you have though the college will provide you with enough opportunities.
The new campus is really good with facilities though some work is needed in the old campus but the sports facilities are good and basic amenities are provided overall decent infrastructure, some work is needed.
I am studying b. Com program at swami shraddhanand college delhi, the program is good faculty is great it provides flexibility with attendance so one can also pursue other interests. Overall great experience.
Placements in DU is all messed up its all about skills today, the placement cell will help you but if you don't have skills even the cllg name won't get you placed, but you will be provided opportunities to learn skills and get jobs.
Average college need to imrove canteen and infrastructure can install smart board , also good ventilation and proper fans needed in old campus of the college which is necessary in hot summer in delhi
Few teachers are very good for sure but some teachers need to change their attitude they are very rude and try to control students by giving them menace for making them fail in the examination and giving 0 in internal
Didn't know much about it ... It has a placement cell college has its placement cell few people get placed through it but not at a very high package needed to improve and have a proper system for it.l
It has a very less college fees , I guess only 15000 for a year ... You could get a degree of delhi University by spending such a less amount but lack many things and doesn't have a very great college life
It is very far from the city near the outskirts of the city . So it is difficult to travel there that's a drawback, people are not able to attend college because of it and it also make the campus life but boring.
The infrastructure of this college is moderate not appropriate for the college students Old campus was very bad condition as comparison to new building. The new building infrastucture is very good and labs in new building are well managed.
the teachers are motivate each and every students Teachers take class test after each chapter completed which helps to boost our memory In academics i preder this college Because in academics this college are at first postion
Around 30 percent of people get selected and get placement because no one is interested in this type of internship provided by college The percentage of placement around last 3 years was decline. So i suggest people no to take admission in this college for placement
Swami Shraddhanand College has decent infrastructure with spacious classrooms, a well-stocked library, science labs, and sports facilities. However, maintenance and modernization could be improved...
Good Swami Shraddhanand College offers a good academic environment with experienced faculty and diverse courses. However, more practical exposure, research opportunities, and updated resources are needed.
Swami Shraddhanand College has limited placement opportunities, with most students relying on off-campus drives. The placement cell needs improvement, with better industry connections and internship support.
Ok yess
Low
It's a decent college in terms of education and faculty but in terms of location and crowd it's a below average in my point of you. Also one thing I will share as I am studying currently in this college I am pursuing bcom and there is a seperate building or we can say campus for commerce student which is very below average there are lack of facility, building infrastructure so in my point of you it's a very big draw back for commerce student specially.
I will say academics are really good in this college as other delhi university College I will say one thing if you come college for studying purpose you can do well because faculty are really good and supportive
In terms of placement as much I know about this college there is very minimal placement rate and the package goes low because big 4 company don't come here very average company come there for recruiting students
The college is nice & college near place is also amazing. The college is very spacious & it's clean. We have good teachers & they are very understandable. Overall it's good.
The teachers is very helpful &very understandable, & help with our career counseling too. I have studied Ba. Vocational & my teachers were awesome & supportive. Overall teachers are excellent.
It's not good but also not bad . I think it's ok. It depends on your academic performance & your other events performance. .
The campus is very large & have some nice place for pics & etc.
College infrastructure was really good. It has all the labs and libraries required for quality education. Labs were fully furnished with latest equipments and machines. Classrooms also had smart screens as well.
All the professors were well qualified and the pedagogy was really helpful for the education of students. Teaching curriculum was superb and I really got to learn a lot from the institution. Would recommend it to my fellow students anytime.
In my knowledge there were no placements from the college as it does not have b.tech or any other professional courses which have the system of placements. I don't have much idea regarding courses like bachelor of commerce and b.a. economics honors.
I would say Swani Shraddhanand is a good value for money. It has great education, labs, students and is a Delhi University college. Only drawback which I feel is it is very far from metro thus not easily reachable.
Campus life I would say was pretty great. College has its own sports ground, we had fests in the college with great music and ambiance. There were plenty of spaces where we could hang out in the college with friends.
The college infrastructure leaves much to be desired. Classrooms are outdated and lack modern teaching aids, making it hard to keep up with technological advancements. Laboratories are poorly maintained, with equipment that is often broken or outdated. The library has a limited collection, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable, disrupting academic activities. Hostel facilities are cramped, with frequent water and electricity issues. Sports facilities are minimal, offering little scope for extracurricular activities. Basic cleanliness and hygiene are often overlooked, making the environment unappealing. Overall, the infrastructure fails to meet expectations and requires significant upgrades.
The academics at the college are strong, with a well-structured curriculum that balances theoretical knowledge and practical application. The faculty is knowledgeable and approachable, often going the extra mile to ensure students understand concepts thoroughly. Regular workshops, seminars, and guest lectures provide valuable industry insights. However, the focus on rote learning in some subjects could be improved with more interactive teaching methods. The examination system is fair, though the evaluation process sometimes lacks transparency. Overall, the college fosters a good academic environment, preparing students well for their careers.
The placement opportunities at the college are virtually non-existent. There is no dedicated placement cell, and students are left to find job opportunities on their own. Companies rarely visit the campus for recruitment drives, and there is no support or guidance provided for internships or career development. The lack of industry connections and networking opportunities puts students at a significant disadvantage. Despite paying high fees, the absence of placements is a major disappointment for students seeking career growth. The college urgently needs to improve its placement structure to meet industry standards.
The college offers a mixed value-for-money experience. While the fees are relatively affordable compared to some institutions, the return on investment could be better. Facilities like classrooms and libraries are decent but lack modern upgrades. The academic curriculum is good, but the lack of placement opportunities limits career prospects. Extracurricular activities and events are satisfactory, but there’s room for improvement in overall infrastructure and support services. For the fee paid, the college provides an average experience, but students may need to seek additional resources outside to enhance their career growth.
The campus life at the college is vibrant and fulfilling. The lush greenery and well-maintained surroundings create a refreshing atmosphere for students. A wide variety of clubs and societies cater to diverse interests, ensuring there's something for everyone. Regular cultural events, fests, and sports tournaments keep the energy alive on campus. The student community is welcoming and inclusive, making it easy to form lifelong friendships. Facilities like the cafeteria, common rooms, and recreation areas add to the overall experience. With a perfect blend of academics and extracurriculars, campus life here is truly enjoyable.
The college provides a decent environment for education, but there is room for improvement in several areas. The faculty members are knowledgeable, though their teaching methods and the lab staff is really supportive . Infrastructure is adequate, but facilities like the library and labs could be better maintained and updated with modern equipment.
The college offers an average academic environment. While the curriculum is standard and covers the basics, it often lacks practical, industry-oriented learning. Faculty members are knowledgeable but may not always adopt interactive or innovative teaching methods, relying more on traditional lecture styles. The availability of study resources like libraries and online materials is adequate but could be expanded for better academic support. Regular classes and exams are conducted, but the focus on research, skill development, or workshops is limited. Overall, it's a decent option for students aiming for foundational learning, but those seeking a more dynamic academic experience might find it lacking.
Lack of Placements: The most significant drawback is the absence of a structured placement cell. Companies rarely visit the campus, and students are left to fend for themselves in the job market. Limited Industry Exposure: There are minimal opportunities for internships, industry interactions, or skill development workshops that are essential for career readiness.
