I am really disappointed in the infra of this college. Classrooms are small and there are only six lecture halls. Desks are damaged which leads to injuries and torn clothes. Nearest metro station is approx. 3km.
Curriculum doesn't teach anything meaningful, only the bare minimum basics are covered which are not helpful for placement. The faculty is decent but practical component of the subject is compromised due the poor Systems and closed labs.
The placements are not that great, no friend of mine got any good placements from the campus and a lot of them had to opt alternate options to get placed. Placement process experience wasn't too good and seemed lacking.
Too expensive for the resources thatbare provided. Labs, library, canteen and everything else is too lackluster and dull. The benches in the classroom are too uncomfortable, clothes always get caught on the hanging nails, real risk of tetanus.
Campus life doesn't exist in this college, there are no hangout spots in or near the campus. Campus life is extremely dull and suffocating because of which many students ditch the classes. There is a canteen on the campus, but the food is decent at best.
Most of the necessary infrastructure is provided but the condition is not that great. There are no proper shower rooms and washrooms are almost always dirty. Laboratories are usually unavailable due to staff strikes.
I am studying BSc Computer Science Hons. The curriculum is not that great but that's the University's fault. Curriculum is 50 percent useless and the other 50 percent covers the bare minimum basics. Faculty for computer science is great.
I have not met anyone satisfied with this college's placement process. Very few placements and even then the packages aren't lucrative. The college is not very supportive with the placement process, and students find it unsatisfactory.
As a computer science student, this college is not value for money. I pay extra for labs which places a heavy financial burden on me, but even after that the labs are unavailable. All the systems in the lab are obsolete, especially the laptops which are on their last breath.
Campus doesn't offer much. There is a simple canteen with a very limited menu and a mother dairy booth on campus. Aside from the canteen and the booth, there isn't anything to do on campus, just a decent lawn which can be used to relax during breaks.
College infrastructure is good, it has all essential facilities. The facilities include sports room, GYM, open GYM, sports grounds, reading room, library, amphitheatre, auditorium etc. Although there is some need of proper cleaning and maintaining hygiene in washrooms and make water facilities better.
Academics are quite good, teachers are very good and supportive. Also curriculum is well updated and as per the UGC guidelines. But for placements, you will need to make your own efforts. Overall its good.
Placements here are not good, very few companies visit here, and package is also not attractive. You should go for off campus placements instead of college placements. But you can learn things by attending various workshops and speaker sessions organised by the college.
The college infrastructure is average. College has all basic facilities and classrooms are also in good condition. But washrooms are not good, there is not cleanliness. Although the college campus is clean and beautiful, overall infrastructure is not so good according to me,
Academics are good, but we face problem while doing practical work because systems do not work and we are not provided with good computer labs, all systems are very outdated. There is a need of improvement in this aspect, but teachers are very good and supportive.
Placements are not good here, very few companies come in placement drive but placement cell helps students a lot in building their resume and learning placement essentials. But the college needs to work on getting better placements for the students.
I would say the infrastructure is not so good, although it has basic facilities, it lacks cleanliness and good experience. The classrooms have projectors but very few of them actually work. One good thing is that there is wifi which we can use, and it works good. But overall I would say the infrastructure should be better.
Academics are good but sometimes it can be frustrating. Because of lack of equipment like projector, or computer systems in the lab not working or not in good conditions. These factors affect the quality of study and sometimes you cannot perform your practical because the systems are not working or their version is too old and those are not compatible with the software you need for the work.
Placements are also not good, as I heard from my seniors, they said that don't depend on college for placements, find your way with off campus placements or other ways. So I think it is a problem there.
Our college has all basic facilities like sports, canteen, library, reading room, auditorium, amphitheatre, labs etc. and it also has freely accessible wifi with our college e-mail ids. I would say the infrastructure is average and there is a need for maintaining cleanliness in the campus.
Academics are very good, may it be teachers, staff, curriculum, or teaching methods, I personally felt that this is a strong point of the college. But to be ready for placements, you need to give extra efforts.
Placements are not too good, but still okay. The college needs to work on attracting more companies for placements, and internships. But a plus point is that there is a placement cell in the college which helps you to learn placement essentials.
I would recommend this college, but if you get any other better college, you should go for it.
The college infrastructure is average providing all basic facilities required for students. It has library, sports ground, labs, canteen, amphitheatre, auditorium, reading room etc. But there is a significant scope of imrovement.
The academics are string specially in computer science, teachers are experienced and very good at teaching. I personally liked the academics in the computer science department. The curriculum is also well structured, but you need to give some extra efforts to secure placements.
Placement opportunities are limited with the average package of around 5-7LPA. The college needs to improve by attracting more companies and expanding recruiters network to provide better careers prospects for students.
College infrastructure is overall good, but many things can be better. College has all basic utilities like Library, labs, ground, auditorium, amphitheatre, wifi and projectors in the classrooms. However, facilities are not in good condition, washrooms are not clean and some time water shortage is also there. The college also has a girls hostel, but the facilities in the hostel are not as good as compared to the hostel fees.
Although the infrastructure is not quite impressive, the college has strong academics, specially the Computer Science Department. Teachers are very good and the curriculum is also updated. But the subject poll for GEs and DSEs can be expanded to cover diverse interests of students.
Placement is not very good, the average package is around 5-7LPA which is very less specially for competitive branches like computer science. Definitely other colleges of same level provide better placement opportunities.
The infrastructure is overall good. The college has labs, ground, air conditioned auditorium, amphitheatre, wifi etc. but it is not well maintained. Specially the labs, systems are in very bad condition and most of them do not work. Also, there is a hospital adjacent to college which is a very good thing for the students of the college.
The faculty is well qualified, supportive and knowledgeable. The curriculum is well updated, specially in computer science department, teachers are good and follow a good style of teaching. Students are also encouraged to do project work and extra curricular activities.
The placements are decent, and can be better as compared to other DU colleges. Many companies come for placement but I think there should be more opportunities and exposure for the students. The average package it also not very good as compared to the coursework.
The campus is good to hangout with friends, but its not very large. There are many cultural societies and fests happen time to time so you will have fun.
The college has all basic necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. It has playground, canteen, auditorium, amphitheatre, laboratories, hospital near it and also projectors in every classroom. But everything is not in working condition, only some projectors work properly, computers in the labs are also not very good. But the playground, auditorium and amphitheatre are very good. Also, free wi-fi is there which can be accessed through college e-mail id and the speed of wi-fi is average. The food in Canteen is average and cleanliness can be bit more focused on but overall I would say its good as it is an off-campus college.
Academics are good and teachers are also good. specially in psychology department, teachers focus more on practical learning, we conduct surveys, work on practical projects that help us to get more knowledge.
Placements are not good here, some departments like BMS and computer science have decent placement but for our department, it is not good at all. Overall, there are very few opportunities when it comes to placements.
